CFTR Modulator Exposure

Plasma exposure is informative, but it does not fully describe what reaches the airway. This program develops and applies multi-matrix LC–MS/MS strategies to quantify CFTR modulators in systemic and airway-proximal samples and connect exposure with molecular and clinical response.
